Lea Peters – Malawi Hand of Hope Center
Stella and her children have been coming to the Malawi Hand of Hope Center since November of 2007. She serves as part of the feeding team and volunteers every Wednesday. She and her children have been helped dramatically by the ministry they receive from the Hope Center. Due to the extreme poverty they face, the food provided by the friends and partners of Hand of Hope at the Hope Center is vital for the children’s very survival. They have also learned how to prevent diseases through lessons taught on site as well as by a community health worker who visits their home and teaches basic hygiene and food safety.
Stella is so very thankful for the help she receives from Hand of Hope through the Hope Center and prays for it to continue so her children, and others like them, will have an opportunity for a better life.
Hand of Hope is the missions arm of Joyce Meyer Ministries. Our goal is simply to help as many hurting people as we possibly can, to alleviate human suffering and to help Christians grow in their faith.
